Pupils from Sciennes Primary School visit Surfers
Following an email sent to our web site , we had a visit on 10th
June from 3 pupils and their teacher from Sciennes Primary School –
they were doing a project on what older people would like in the
community
They arrived with their clipboard at the ready and were
completely unselfconscious at putting their questions to us as the
‘older generation’ It was an interesting and really fun
hour-and-a-bit. The questions the children had prepared were
intelligent and relevant and our answers were carefully written
down. They had obviously carefully researched and prepared both for
their project and their visit to us.
