ACE IT On Leith FM
On Thursday 19th March Jenny Ridge Chief Executive of ACE IT paid a visit to the studios of Leith’s community radio station Leith FM. A guest on Alan Dudley’s popular local news and community affairs programme Leith Talk – Jenny was invited to share the story behind ACE IT (Age Concern Edinburgh Information Technology) and how the Edinburgh Silver Surfers are making best use of the internet and digital technology.

The interview encompassed a wide range of topics relating to ‘Silver Surfing’ including some of the ways those aged over 50 are using the web to make friends and share interests and also how to explore the web safely.
